Be niceHype friend
“Ten press-ups before work! Your arms are telling all their friends.”
Tell Tiny Flex one small thing you did today. Your coach roasts or cheers, then sets tomorrow’s challenge. Funny enough to share, small enough to actually do.
How it works
Drank water before coffee. Did ten press-ups. Finally replied to that email. It all counts.
A punchline written for exactly what you did, in your coach’s voice. Never a generic “great job”.
One step slightly bigger than today. Accept it, and your coach asks how it went tomorrow.

Roast me“Ten press-ups. Your sofa has filed a complaint.”
Rough day? No jokes.Gentle mode takes over when you need it. Showing up still counts.

One tap turns your win and your coach’s reply into a card for Instagram, TikTok or the group chat. Hide what you wrote if it’s private and just post the roast.

Your flexes are saved on your phone. To write a reply, the flex you type (and a few recent ones, so your coach can call back to them) is sent to Anthropic, the company that helps write the replies. There’s no account, so we don’t know your name or email. Prefer it stays on your phone? Switch to ready-made lines any time.
He’s savage about the size of your win, never about you. No jokes about bodies, looks, money, health or anything personal. He’s opt-in, and there’s a “Too far?” button if he overdoes it.
Write it anyway. When it sounds like a hard day, Gentle mode takes over: no jokes, just a kind word. Showing up counts.
In your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews and you won’t be charged again.
